Kirk sets the vision and strategic direction for our brand, product positioning, messaging, and growth strategy. He brings over 15 years of leadership experience in diabetes medical devices, with deep expertise in product marketing, commercial strategy, and market development. Prior to joining Beta Bionics, he held multiple senior leadership roles at Medtronic Diabetes across marketing, business development, and commercial operations. Kirk is passionate about building high-performing teams and elevating the voice of people living with diabetes through authentic, insight-driven marketing. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School, a Master of International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Biostatistics from the University of Michigan.
